Extrem weather conditions in Europe

In Europe a big storm surge is expected!! Rotterdam port may needs to be closed. Rotterdam is the biggest port in Europe and has never been closed. Also other ports like Hamburg expect extreme changes in height of water. In Germany the coast guards are warned. The Netherlands have warned their whole coast and England has set up the emergency status for big parts of Kent and Norfolk. The premier, Mr. Brown has set up an emergency meeting. A lot of companies have stop pumping oil.
